Refund Policy and Contract Offer

Keylic LLC (referred to as "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") is a private company and is not affiliated with any government agency or authority. We do not have the legal capacity to issue any type of license.

Our role is solely to assist and advise individuals pursuing careers in beauty services. The final approval for all licensure applications rests with the appropriate government authorities.

To maintain transparency and ethical business practices, we provide the following Refund Policy and Notice to clarify the terms for our clients:

  • Payments for services are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • Fees for consultations, gathering of information, and preparation of licensure application documents are non-refundable, as the Company provides personalized services for each client.

  • Our services, which include consultation, document preparation, editing, proofreading, and finalization, are custom services and thus non-refundable once rendered.

  • Once payment is made for services, no refunds will be provided. However, in cases where the Company determines the project cannot be completed due to feasibility issues, a refund may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

  • The Company offers a variety of services, including both paid and free options, guides, and comprehensive support. The client independently selects the service of interest and voluntarily completes a form on the Company’s website.

  • The client voluntarily submits their documents, such as identification (passport, driver’s license), SSN, educational credentials, and personal contact details.

  • The client voluntarily provides all required documents to verify their experience and education, along with identification and other relevant materials necessary for their licensure, according to the state board requirements (submitted via email, the website, or in person).

  • The Company issues an invoice for its consulting services, which is payable at the current rate at the time of invoicing. The client is responsible for paying the service fees.

  • The client is required to notify the Company of any circumstances that might prevent the Company from completing the service (e.g., outstanding fines, license revocation, previous independent licensure attempts).

  • The Company does not disclose how service fees are calculated. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the complexity of the client’s request.

  • Email correspondence between the Company and the client is considered part of this contract.

  • The Company has no legal obligation to issue a refund for services under any circumstances. However, the Company strives to ensure that all clients are satisfied with the services provided.

  • Application fees for licensure, paid to government authorities, are not refundable by the Company.

  • The client has the right to monitor the progress and quality of the service without interfering in the Company’s work. Any taxes paid (if applicable) are also non-refundable.

  • No refund will be given if a licensure application is denied due to failure to pass background checks, failure to meet the government authority’s requirements, submission of fraudulent documents, or if the client does not communicate with their Company representative for more than three months. If the client withdraws from services or abandons their case within three months of registration, no refund will be provided.

  • By agreeing to this Refund Policy, the client confirms that they have provided accurate information, submitted all required documents to the Company, and completed the forms correctly. The client is fully responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all submitted documents and voluntarily agrees to this contract.

  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, such as courier companies, and no refund will be provided for such delays.

  • Study Guides: Some service packages may include downloadable Study Guides, which are available for purchase either within the course or as a separate download. These guides are password-protected and require a PDF reader. Study guides that have not been downloaded are eligible for a refund.
By agreeing to this Refund Policy and Contract Offer, the client voluntarily accepts all terms, takes full responsibility for the information and documents provided, and guarantees the authenticity of all submitted materials.
